Admin
Manage the product catalog, pricing, freezer layouts, customers, and accounts — changes apply instantly across driver, sales, and warehouse views.
Base price and every flag below live on the same product row. Leave the date blank and hit Save to change a price immediately, or pick a future date to schedule it — the old price keeps applying to orders until that date arrives (try it: Magnum Classic already has a scheduled increase queued up below). Toggling a flag updates the driver app immediately. Out of Stock items disappear from the driver's list entirely; Promotion and Low Stock show everywhere, including to drivers. Only Admin accounts can edit this page — Sales and Warehouse are read-only, so there's one authoritative stop-sale list, not three.

Each freezer size has a default layout. Chains with head-office merchandising standards (7-Eleven, BP, EG…) can override it — the driver app resolves customer → chain → default automatically. Reference photos: JPG, 4:3, at least 1600px on the long edge, so text on the layout is still readable on a phone. Wide cabinets can take more than one photo — add extra angles instead of cramming everything into one frame.

Full customer master data (address, phone, contract terms) will bulk-import from Excel in production — this prototype shows the core fields that drive pricing and layout logic.
